Introduction

DATAMEDIA offers a series of in-depth Irisa training courses for business partners and end-users covering the implementation and management of a multimedia communication system. This comprises :

· A 5 day standard training course for systems Management and Supervision

· A 5 day standard training course for Development

· Bespoke training courses with a “mix and match” content drawn from the modules offered in the standard training courses

Course descriptions

General information

Standard training courses last 5 days and are conducted at DATAMEDIA ‘s premises in Paris.

The Management course, which covers the basics of Irisa, is a prerequisite for the participation in to the Development course.

Bespoke training courses are available on customer request, and are given either at DATAMEDIA ’s premises in Paris or at the customer’s chosen venue, the customer being responsible for providing the necessary hardware, software and communication services as required for the hands-on training.

Each training module is divided into two parts : the theoretical part and the “hand-on” practical part, allowing the participants to implement what they have learnt.

Each participant is provided with written material; and after each module, the trainee’s knowledge is validated with a comprehensive questionnaire.

Standard courses are scheduled on a regular basis. Places on a course are confirmed on receipt of a customer’s written order, at least 15 working days before the beginning of the course.

On request, DATAMEDIA offers specific training courses for its products.

The content of these training courses is taken from the basic modules and is then tailored to the specific environment and network infrastructure of the customer.
