IRISA/DRS includes :

application illustrating a directory search service for WAP compliant mobile

Each DRS service instance balances E115 messages on opened X25
Virtual Circuits (X25 VCs are opened once and closed after an unused period of
time)
It requires a subscription to telco operators for E115 directory service.
